No one can seem to pinpoint where this transmission is originating from. He's probably high on Jet or something but it might explain as to why these songs don't exist on record. 'Saint Brightside' claims that the songs he plays come from alternate universes. Sounds like a Three Dog wannabe though and that's not even the best part. He calls himself 'Saint Brightside', and he refers to the station as 'Quantum Bit Radio', whatever that means.
